Excellent service I brought my Newfoundland in for a full MOT came to pick her up she looked like she was ready for a night on the town the lady owner I got chatting with was very kind and professional I will definitely be returning as I have a booking in a 6 weeks later Merry Christmas to those gorgeous paws and those that are reading this message

Firstly the welcome from some of the staff was less than welcoming, standoffish borderline rude. Secondly after paying upfront (45)when we took Keith we were informed of a 30 minute time limit, that we hadnt heard about previously. Keiths matted notts were removed but trousers/bum were not touched at all. We are now going to have to pay to take him to another establishment. All of the above being said, when we took Keith 18 months ago the ladies were fantastic with him. Brilliantly pruned afterwards. I can only assume new members of staff have taken over on the cat department which has led to in my opinion a much worse experience. Dogs maybe different, but if you want your cat groomed I would avoid.
