        I was just here a few minutes ago, and when I came in I was greeted by a young man (18/20?) and an older woman who tried to help me find a vanilla scented perfume. Unfortunately we couldn't find one that I liked but the customer service was lovely, the young man especially, he even ran out to show me a different perfume as I was leaving, "Blue Jeans" by Versace and it smelled like lemons! Not my thing but it was really cool and smelled nice I would recommend it.

        Shop fine everything you need but we were served by the most miserable unhelpful girl you could imagine. I almost apologised for buying aftershave and perfume from them. She asked "do you want to smell it" and as the top of her bottle was broken she made a petulant banging of bottle on the card Service so bad it made me chuckle all evening, a video should have been made of this showing how not to serve customers. It doesn't bother me as nobody really cares... All other staff were amazing in Mcarthur Glenn.
