Rotimi was a great help to me when I injured my lower back. It was an incredibly painful experience but Rotimi reassured me that it was not serious and helped me to recover quickly. I particularly valued the advice and help he gave me with regard to my working and sleeping posture and stretching exercises that I can do at home. In Nov 2019 I broke a rib then two months later I developed Back Pain I could not bend down properly or lift anything heavy or walk too far without being in pain. I had been off work for 12 months then I started back to work to find that I could not do my duties properly so I went back on the sick, I then decided to go and see Rotimi Adegoke an Osteopath in Nolton Street Bridgend. After a few sessions with him the pain became less & less so I continued the treatment until the pain stopped I can now bend down and continue with my work without any pain. I would fully recommend Rotimi to any body that has any type of Back Pain to seek treatment from him and would also like to thank him very much for helping me back to work & curing my Back Pain. Very good I recommend this gentleman very highly Ive only visited him once but took 80% of the pain away and also resolved my sitting pattern and sleeping pattern which helped me immensely

Rotimi is a warm hearted and care centred practitioner with utmost professionality. He has helped shift many of my ailments from sinusitis to knee pain. His holistic approach has helped me emotionally as well as physically

I saw Rotimi after yet again pulling an old back injury I had had for years resulting in not being able to stand up for a day. Rotimi contacted me over the Christmas period after I left a voicemail message and booked me in ASAP. Rotimi has an easy manner which puts you at ease, and you are able to voice any concerns. Not only did he analyse my posture at work and give me advice on how to improve this, he also found issues with my shoulder which had only added to the issues. Would definitely recommend if you want to get any chronic issues resolved.
