        Took my Renault Scenic there to diagnose a knocking noise coming from the front somewhere. 5 yes 5 different staff members decided they needed to take it for a test drive and many comments on how big the standard 20" rims were. Why it needed all 5 to take it for a test drive I'll never know. Anyway, they diagnosed the issue as needing all new bushings on both the front and rear suspension and all new bushings on the front tracking rods. The guys I spoke to said it's about three hours labour PER BUSHING and didn't have them in stock anyway. I took it to another garage who diagnosed the issue right away (without the entire staff needing a test drive) who told me it was a simple front ball joint and would be under an hour labour charge. If you're looking to get ripped off with untrained ahem mechanics, go to National Tyres in Bridgend!!
