Got my nails done charged 50 that I was happy to pay since its Xmas not had them for 2 days and one snapped off and made me wait a long time to get it fixed also ( this is me editing my review now because I had a load of abuse of the lady about my review would not recommend at all )

Rang the shop. To see if they were busy today. Or if they take walk in customers , The lady who picked up was very rude couldnt be bothered with the phone call then slammed the phone down before I could ask another question etc customer service at it best at this establishment I see ! . Not very welcoming or professional very short and dismissive even on the telephone. Wonder what they would be like in person the reviews Ive read on here shows not very good customer service and very dismissive attitude even to people who have made reasonable reviews. HIGHLY recommend AVOIDING this place truly rude on the telephone ! Would love to hear how they respond to my review and if they show their true colours the way they have treated paying customers. Oh before they try to clams I didnt speak to anyone or even ring up i have proof. Will add more about this business in another review (social media )
