This guy fitted a replica battery which swelled after 5 months; causing my phone case to come apart, upon approach, communication was very poor; I suspect due to the fact that there wasn't much in it for him. A shame, as I had been impressed with this guys services previously.

Completely unprofessional, messaged the company and told me it would take 1 day and to drop it off 10am friday. My dad went there and there was no answer, phoned them and said he had a family situation so that's why he wasn't there but will come and collect it on the way (fair enough). Was told in person and on Facebook it would take 1 day. Saturday came about, heard nothing despite messaging on Facebook and ringing multiple times, same thing happened on Sunday. Went today at 10am, no answer at the office, messaged on Facebook saying I needed it back for work as I haven't had it since Friday and I'm a nurse so urgently need my shifts as I work 3 different shifts every week. Messaged back this morning stating it was ready, no apology or anything. My dad went to collect it and stated we were told it would be done in 1 day and the man completely denied it despite having facebook evidence, my dad stated the man up the pines quoted 60 and we only went with this company as it would take 1 day, otherwise we would have gone with the man up the pines. The owner therefore then stated he would take the back of my phone back off and we could take it back to the pines and was shouting at my dad with all other businesses around stating it was my fault as I should have told him the back of the phone was lilac and completely blaming me as a customer. How am I supposed to know that my phone colour being lilac would have an impact? If you took my phone off me, it is therefore your responsibility as a company to tell me that due to the fact it is lilac, it would take longer than the 1 day I was told. If you agree to take work on, maybe double check with the customer what colour it is, it is the reason why people get their phones fixed as we have no idea that the colour of the back of the phone would impact the working time it would take to get fixed. Cannot believe the response of shouting at my father, completely avoid this company. Was advised not to write this review as we would be 'ruining his company', however this was done on his own accord
