Just Hoglicious

Massive thank you to Justin and his team for the buffet provided for my 60th birthday party on Friday 14/04/23. We had the pulled pork, roast potatoes and all the trimmings for 30 people. All set up under a Gazebo ( provided by Justin ) in the back garden. Pork was delicious. Everybody commented on the quality of the food and the abundance of it. Great job. Would definitely use again and highly recommend. Thank you.

A couple of years ago we booked a hogroast we were well pleased with the quality and quantity of the food so this week as we were celebrating my wife's birthday I thought I'd surprise her by inviting around 35 of her friends and family to a surprise hogroast . It soon became obvious that standards had dropped quite a bit , the hog roast itself seemed to be rather overcooked and quite dry as though it had dried out by being left uncovered for some time , the salad this time was very minimal and actually looked very scrappy in appearance not fresh at all , the bread rolls were far from fresh and the few we had left over from the evening were barely edible the next morning despite being kept in a polythene bag overnight. the saving grace was that the coleslaw was very good and fresh , so should we wish to have another hogroast in the future I shall be looking elsewhere for a different caterer. A very substandard affair from someone I know can do far better.
