Wish it could be 0 stars, but need to add one to leave a review!!! After my daughter wanted to have a browse, she finally found something she wanted. After waiting in excess of 5 minutes at the till - due to the 2 staff chatting to a friend, I kindly asked if anyone was serving at the till. Met with a blunt, embarrassing "Yeah" before she turned around and carried on chatting to her friend, leaving my daughter at the till waiting for another member of staff. My daughter is 9 and said "she's not very good is she." It appears the customer service is cheaper and flimsier than their products which takes some doing. AWFUL

Daughter got ears pierced. Very friendly and professional. My only gripe is that the prices on the website are not right. Online it said it was 17 but in the shop 30 which is quite a difference.

My 83 yr old mother had her ears pierced about 2mths ago the staff were kind, gentle and funny, the put her right at ease as it was nearly 70years ago she had them pierced 1st, she took out the earrings to put in Christmas ones, couldnt get them in so left it, and of course the holes healed up, she called again today and such joy, the girls went over and above to make her feel so good, the pierced them for her again at no charge, That's customer services at its best! They remembered her and were so kind - very gentle and had a good laugh, thank you girls, top customer services! She wont be taking them out again for 6 months
