Annie has helped me tremendously overcome a back and shoulder injury. Recovery has been much quicker thank I expected. Annie has given me a totally different exercise plan, then Im used to and its working. Of all the physios Ive worried with in the past, Annie is certainly the best. Very impressed!

Where to start, I wouldnt be where I am today or as physically able as I am if it wasnt for the first class service provided by One2One Therapy. After suffering serious health issues in 2022 they have been instrumental in aiding my rehabilitation. Highly recommended not just from a physiological perspective but also great listeners and phenomenal conversationalists . Staff are simple amazing and I cannot speak highly enough of them all.

I injured my back after not concentrating when weight lifting. The pain would come and go and after 6 weeks it got very bad and I didn't know what to do. Went to One 2 One on my brother's recommendation. After about 5 minutes of questioning me, the physio (Rhian) knew precisely what exactly I had injured. She massaged the affected area and advised me on what stretches to do (which I followed religiously). My second visit was a massage of the same area which was needed. I'm now almost completely recovered. I would definitely recommend this service for anyone with back issues.
