I've been working for RAH Bridgend since February 2022 and I can honestly say that it's a great company to work for. All the office staff show genuine care to every carer and are always very flexible and fair. The care we give to our clients is the best and it's amazing to work with carers who go above to give a brilliant service.

I started working for Right at Home back in October 2020. It is such a brilliant company to work for and it is one of the best decisions Ive made. Theyre are very supportive and understanding. Right at home has had a massive positive effect on my life and could not be more comfortable anywhere else. They welcome you in with open arms and smiles. As a care company I really like working for them because of the quality of care that clients receive. Im so proud to be apart of the team and look forward to the future.

I started working at Right At Home, Bridgend in 2019. It is a lovely place to work, everyone is friendly and supportive. You also receive excellent training throughout. Sad to have left but thankful for the time I was able to work here.

Right at home are a first class organisation. I stared in October 2017. The I training I received has been excellent . The support is brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. I have grown in confidence and have acquired new skills. I would recommend RAH to anyone who wants to work in care,or who needs care for a loved one.

I started working at Right at Home in March 2020 just before everything went crazy and we had our first lockdown. I had never worked in care before and worried if Id be good enough at my role. Ive had the most amazing support from everyone who works there, from Management to other care givers. Ive never been in a job in the 22 years Ive worked were I genuinely felt appreciated. They go the extra mile for us all and when we need support we only need to pop in the office or pick up the phone. Theyve encouraged and supported me to further my education to become better at my job and know more about my role and on the days I dont think I can do it they remind me I can. I cant say enough how wonderful all the team are to work with and Im completely proud to say I work alongside some of the best people.
