The hospital is well staffed and they give a helping hand in areas which are busy

I would like to thank the A and E dept when l came to the hospital on the 31st December after falling down the stairs at home despite being run off their feet with the amount of people there and it being New Years Eve the care l had was exceptional things moved very fast and cannot find any fault with my care l am extremely thankful to the staff and all the specialist staff l saw they are all dedicated to their work, kind and caring

Arrived on Christmas day with suspected mini stroke , the doctors and nurses on duty were fantastic , I am so grateful that a dedicated group of professionals were working on Christmas day to help people like me It was heartwarming to receive thier care and observe thier care of others at the time, the same was also true in HDU and AMU depts where I received the same level of care my thanks to you all Remember you were not just heroes during Covid , you are heroes every day

Such a great and dedicated team from the security guard up to the doctors. To mention is the fact that I've been twice during two days in a row to A&E and they treated me with the same professionalism as they've done it first time according to the fact that my English wasn't quite good in that moment. They've sent a nurse to make sure that they can properly understand my symptoms which is something that I deeply appreciate.

I cannot fault the A&E department in the Princess of Wales hospital. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was there for about twelve hours and in that time I had multiple staff check on me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I felt really well taken care of. Luckily I was whisked straight through on arrival. 10/10 for the staff. Such a positive atmosphere considering what department it is. The staff there have my utmost respect. They were all working so hard, but nothing was too much.
