Got the job done in a prompt manner, only one ear required micro suction, but was still charged the full 80. Others similar firms charge 45 per ear!

Very helpful. I initially went to have ear wax removal, but was told that I had an infection so was advised to ask GP for antibiotics and return once the infection had cleared. I made another appointment and was then advised that the infection had cleared and there was just a small amount of ear wax present, which meant that I didn't need the removal. They could easily have given me the treatment and then charged me for it. I wouldn't have known that I didn't need it. Very friendly staff I would definitely recommend them.
