        The lady in reception need training, speaking to people and handling customers, she seems short and very business like. Owner seems nice and accomodating. Very busy by their admission but that leads to compromise in customer service. According to insurance, the car was meant to be collected and when finished, delivered which didnt happened. When enquired she was short and sharp which didnt sit well with me.But the job done with care.

        Great experience, after years of 'claim free' motoring I dropped the garage door on my car bonnet - gave a cracking dent & deformation.!!! My Insurance had S J Fuller down as authorised repair and I nervously checked them out and then booked the car in. Great job and done in 2 days !!! both Steve and son were really friendly, Would recommend them for bodywork repairs. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
