AgentPro Estate Agents Software

We have used the AgentPro for coming up to two years now as our CRM. The CRM itself is functional albeit at times can be clunky to use and outdated in many ways. For this reason we had looked for alternatives that were better suited to us and was surprised to find out that we were automatically signed up for a further long term contract due to not giving an excessively long notice period and when looking through the contract although it was there, it was within terms at the rear of a long contract and we feel purposefully hidden away within the contract. We tried to liaise with AgentPro to discuss this issue and come to a resolution as I am sure most business' would not want to keep clients within a contract for such a period of time when they wish to go elsewhere and equally voiced our concerns at how hidden certain terms were but unfortunately the approach was wanting to keep locked into a new long term contract. For this reason we would strongly advise to look for alternative software providers who are clearer with their terms and also provide a more modern approach to CRM at better value.
