        Very unpolite shop manager (female, glasses). Asked me to leave the changing area (where I was waiting for my son to try things on), using a rude tone, not even looking at me when speaking. The rest of the team was very nice and smily.

        Tried to take item back to exchange for different size? Staff were really helpful, but the manager was really rude and not customer service friendly, considering she had 25 years experience in the business? Will not be buying nothing from there ever again!!!!!
