Carpetright

We had a tight deadline, needed a carpet fitted in 1 day! Was told this is mission impossible by several other big branded names! Earliest SCS could do 1 room fitted carpet was 3 weeks! Went to Bridgend carpetright, and was blown away by the customer service. No hard sale! But very very helpful! Nothing was too much trouble, even showed us new stock which just arrived. And said if we got it in stock on the roll, they could fit it next day! Winner winner! They helped us choose our carpet by showing us the difference a good underlay feels like to the feet and carpet combined. Just want to give a big thanks to Nicola and the installation team! Job well done! Great price too! We had it fitted, old carpet taken away, and new underlay. Thanks again!

Just got home to find they given us the wrong measurements. Drove from ystrad Rhondda traffic was horrendous to find the vinyl we purchased was the wrong size

Had a great experience at the Bridgend store. Member of staff Claire was experienced and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect flooring for my kitchen at an affordable price. Great customer service!
