Dropping a patient without warning due to symptoms that don't adhere to your systems, shouldn't this be re-evaluating your systems when you're unable to accommodate rarer symptoms. You support mental health, poor mental health isn't convenient, especially to the people who live with it, THAT'S WHY WE ASK FOR HELP! You leave people to suffer after they have been vulnerable to you and done what should be the hard part and asked for help. Do better. This is here because I'm too unwell to register a complaint. It would take too much out of me. This is in reference to the OT department.

I went into the service of the ark in a desperate state. Wasn't sure if it would work or help me to be in a better place. I can see now I was negative and am now in a more balanced thought process.

Brilliant and supportive service. The staff are patient and helpful, I would highly recommend visiting to see what they offer

Absolute sham and waste of resources. When someone comes to you crying out for help,. you tell them there is a group session the last wed of the month!? Absolute joke....... that person, who came for help-has now taken enough tablets to sink a ship. Hope you are super proud. thanks for the lack of suoport and empathy. Someone is answerable!!!why the did not do a role they are supposed to.?

The staff here are fantastic, supportive and caring. The negative reviews are a reflection of the Mental Health service under-funding in Bridgend. It's not the fault of ARC that their waiting lists are months long. Hold the government to account!
