        Terrible customer service, cheap products. The scooter failed in under 2 years with minimal use, which the company refused to help with. A third party checked the battery and confirmed it was a faulty and also bad quality. Also, they ignore emails and only reply if you chase them up

        I can't rate this company highly enough. First Class. I ordered one day and the mobility scooter arrived the next. FedEx delivered and couldn't of been more helpful. I spoke to someone by video chat and they answered very swiftly. I would certainly recommend and know who I will use again. A huge thank youl

        Worst ever scooter isnt even a month old and wont go back together contacted them to be told its my fault so they refusing to fix it (says it must have been misaligned when getting put together) went to trading standards who are now assisting me!

        Firstly thank you for sending a repair guy down.We are in plymouth,he has come from Wales to sort it out.There was a fault with the scooter.Even though the fault occurred within 14 day return policy.It has taken a bit longer to sort out.Will see how this process goes.As my wife needs this to assist with her mobility.

        Brilliant service, staff were very helpful with regards to delivery. was dispatched as soon as possible. The scooter is the best value for money, comfortable, easy to put together and works amazingly, cant fault the level of service, amazing thank you
