Not only did she keep me informed every step of the way, she called me back with the resolution. From what I have witnessed today, many other organisations should follow this quality of service.         Just wanted to say that I have just received a replacement shower chair to replace 4553/EX the brakes on it look much improved thank you, I wanted to know is there anyway of altering the angle of the seat? As when it is wet I slid to the front and nearly come off, I never had this problem with the old one and always felt secure on it even when wet.
