        Was told a picture would take week to be framed. After 3 weeks no contact. Called to the place. Still waiting to be framed. No customer service. However the lady who dealt with me was apologetic

        Ordered a mirror from this company through Amazon. Delivery company delivered to wrong house. Customer services, Teresa in particular, were very helpful. Sorted the same day and mirror now in posession! Thank you for being so helpful.

        Their delivery company DX is awful. They cancelled my delivery twice on the day so that I waisted two days off to be at home for nothing! Had to cancel the order because they drove me crazy.
