        We used these solicitors in 2021 to purchase our house. There were some issues and frustrations but everything worked out ok, but we never received any paperwork. However its now 2023 and we are remortgaging. We are still waiting on our New Build Certificate from Gordon and its threatening our remortgage (with a different company). Its been two years!

        After having attended a shabby looking office in February to discuss my will and POA I tried several times to contact them to no avail. Eventually in JULY I managed to speak to someone who assured me I would be contacted soon. I waited another 3 weeks and eventually spoke to the person I saw in February. Against my better judgment I settled for his word to get back within 36 hours. Having waited 72 more hours Ive had enough. Im taking my business elsewhere. Such bad professionalism.
