Beverly has been great help for my first home purchase. Although I didnt go ahead with the sale, due to the developers, Beverly helped chase and action a lot of the issues promptly. This really helped with stress levels of purchasing my first home. Thank you for your help!

Shambles of a company. Their errors cost an awful amount of time, including failing to submit forms correctly, and definitely not in a timely manner! Complained about the whole process, fobbed off by management, and worst of all now 6 months later they have the nerve to demand more money despite the full bill being settled 6 months ago! STAY WELL CLEAR

Beverly Cooke is a solicitor in a million, she dealt with our conveyancing house sale and her attention to detail, her professionalism and sincerity in ensuring you receive a personal stress free service is more than a credit to her employers but also to her. If there was solicitor of the year, Beverly would win hands down Maureen Wah

Poor communication, apathy and slow action seem to be a recurring theme through these reviews and I can't say I am the least bit shocked. The vendor of the property I am supposed to be purchasing is using RLE Law which has been unfortunate for both parties. I am a first time buyer and there is no chain and property has been vacant for months so you would think this would be a relatively quick process. Think again! They have had the rest of the vendor's documents and answers to my queries since early January. My solicitors have been proactive with chasing these up and had little to no response. We thought they may make the case more of a priority once they were aware that I have had a no fault eviction and am currently homeless. That's right I am now homeless and still there is no sense of urgency. I have had to stay with my mum a 2 hour drive away from my job in Cardiff, and can't even plan temporary accommodation as the communication has been non-existent! The vendor, who is a very kind man and needs this process completed as much as I do, lodged a complaint approximately 3 weeks ago. All that has happened since then is one email from Kathryn to say they are reviewing the files and will revert 'shortly' which was last Tuesday, the estate agent notified them that I need to be in on 16th March and still no word from them. She has conveniently been unavailable to take my solicitor's calls or reply to their emails to check progress, and she is meant to be Head of Conveyancing... They are a pitiful excuse for conveyancing law and should be avoided at all costs!
