CRS installed central heating in my home last year and I have had problems with it ever since. I have lost count of the number of times I have been promised help but none materialises. I would not use this company again. Beware, they talk a good talk.

I cannot recommend this Company enough. I put a job ad onto my builder and they responded promptly, I called them back and the lady who booked the appointment was professional and compassionate. Jamie came on time as promised and confirmed by text and completed the free quote check, and did a professional complete check and let me know the result. He then emailed and called when he promised, returned to the property fotna second time, when he promised he would and completed all his promises. I then also needed to speak to the MD Keith Platt and from top to bottom this company is helpful, professional and reliable and contactable. 5 stars and would not hesitate to recommend CRS to anyone.
