        Last time visited Thursday 3rd November. I was lucky in a sad way as this was the last day of trading so - for the last time (for a while - I sincerely hope) - I could enjoy this amazing food. It's a great shame that an eatery with only five star reviews has to close down. Unfortunately economics are brutal and - what I've learned from the chat with the chef/owner - cost of running the businnes in this place made the whole venture not sustainable. George is a lovely man and - what's more - he really knows how to cook. I really hope that he'll reopen somewhere. He'll definitely have my custom. All the best George. Looking forward to enjoying your dishes very soon!

        Eaten at the Brewery Field, Bridgend, during Brewfest. The Crispy Chilli Cauliflower was absolutely class. A shame (for me) they aren't local to Cardiff.
