After two years that I m only buying from this store today was the best best best waffle that I ever have !! All the other times was very tasty too but today I can see the who made this made it with love !! The best dessert shop in Wales !! The only thing that I ll like to change is to open the website earlier for orders !!

To be fair the staff are incredibly friendly and work super hard. The cookies are the best on the menu, absolutely amazing, just dont ever order it if youre on a diet!

I tried making an order online but it wouldn't allow me to add hogdogs to the basket, so thought I'd ring and order over the phone so I could have the hot dogs. Rung them and the woman on the phone first said we don't do hot dogs so I said well they are on the menu and she said 2 seconds came back and said if they won't add to the basket then there's nothing she can do so I said can I order over the phone then which she replied no we are really busy can you do it online so couldn't have our hotdogs. The customer service stunk, definitely won't be ordering from here anytime soon. No appolgy while on the phone at all just wanted to be on and off the phone as quick as possible.

One good thing it was delivered on time, the driver had spilt one of the milk shakes and the share box for 2 was a piss take could have bought it all from Aldi for under a 10 nothing was fresh all store baught and for a dessert place they should be a shamed
