Reported before covid by myself, my assembly member at the time, my M.P. and now my current assembly member, V2C ignores everyone. This 5 inch pipe has been letting water and bird mess into the flat all this time since they 'repaired' the roof. In the meantime we have suffered with black mold due to their incompetence and general lack of care. I wouldn't let them put a dolls house together.

Got problems with neighbours with turning on tumble dryer at 3am in the morning, complain to them, they totally ignored me and is allowing the noise to carry on...

Reported a electrical wire which is warm over 3 years ago, thier solicitors and mine along with their surveyors agreed thar work needs to be done, had a call off a bloke called Sam today who refused to give his second name, forcing me to have a electrical test done Tuesday, I have reported the wire loads of times they send their electrical boys out and they say this shouldn't be like this but there is nothing on their system to carry out the work, everything is recorded but all v2c do is lie and say I'm threatening their worker, but they always want me to knock my cctv off when they come which I never do,recording don't lie you have put my life at risk for years and your to lazy to rectify the problem which your workman did
