4 April 2023 Took a patio gas bottle 5kg to exchange for 6 kg propane bottle. Old person serving asked for a receipt. Well, I didn't have one, not the sort of thing you keep. He said he couldn't change bottles without one. Then said if it is older than 1 year, 30% less then progressively less each year. As he was stroppy and totally unhelpful, I said leave it will go elsewhere he said F@#k off then and walked off. Charming service. On checking prices, they are overcharging compared to other retailers. Do not recommend this company.

Phoned this morning, drove there and the gentleman that served us was so lovely and helpful, finally got part we needed after the day before driving to Cowbridge, Barry and Cardiff and unable to source what we required. Also gave excellent advise on other matters that we need to carry out at a later date. This is definitely the place where I will be going in future. We also found out that we was overcharged for gas previously by 15, this is where I will be getting my gas from also in future. Thank you so much.

Being on my own I didn't know anything about gas cylinders, this company was brilliant ,same day order and delivery to me ,also reconnected my Barby back on to cylinder excellent service couldn't fault it ! Thank you janice stephens

Rang up for advice on random gas smells in the kitchen (gas bottle supplied by Riverside some 2 years ago). Was very grateful for the advice given by Mark. He listened carefully, even though it was towards the end of the working day and gave me a recommendation on who to contact to investigate the issue. Thank you.

These guys are amazing fantastic service, always a warm welcome over the phone and when gas is being delivered... wouldent go anywhere else
