Just bought a house and needed a new garage door, they came out and went through my options with me. Very helpful and found the right one to fit my house aesthetic and budget. Totally recommend.

Not impressed, our garage door handle broke, called tge office and they said they would call that day I left a contact phone number. No contact from them so called the office again later in the day to be told they had called and looked at the door and left without speaking to anyone in the house or on the telephone. We were subsequently told it couldn't be fixed and we needed a new door 800 and they couldn't do it for another three weeks!!! We have just ordered the part for a very simple diy fix 37.

Having built an enclosure for a hot tub we decided to install 3 large security shutters to protect the interior during the winter. We contacted Action doors to arrange for a quote as they were pushing discounts as part of a radio advertising campaign, I was told that the rep would be in touch to arrange a visit, he did call us and subsequently attended on the 12th of November. Despite several messages and 2 calls to the office I have still not received a quote or any sort of explanation. I understand that this type of job might not be a typical install but if the company did not want to quote or supply the required items I would have hoped that common decency or some level of professional integrity would have led to, at the very least an honest communication. Having not received any correspondence as we approach the end of the year I am relieved that I did not actually part with any money, if my experience to date is anything to go by. Absolute waste of time.

Waiting for someone to call me.. didnt. Wasnt even informed by the office. Not very professional and telephone manner so far not very impressed.
