First time sorting out funeral for our mum who past away recently and they were so understanding caring and compassionate helped us through process ,greatful for way they were and they did a lovely service at the funeral walking infront of the car so much respect and care thank you again throughout thank you all again

Would highly recommend co.op funeral services they made a really difficult time alot easier with the funeral ov my mum I wanna thank them for listing to what we wanted and did all they could even follow up calls they were so understanding and always there if we needed to know anything so thank you Gareth . and the rest ov the funeral care team

At the most emotional of times, you need someone who sorts out the details of your funeral for you, whilst explaining things to you and understanding your needs. From the first encounter with Helen, and subsequent contact with Gareth, we had the best of help and support, their customer care skills are excellent and they achieved just the right level of sympathy and respect with an important element of humour. We hope not to have to use them again, but if the need arises, they will definitely be our first port of call. I'm very grateful for the way they eased us through the process.

Ian, Helen, Stephen and the rest of the staff in Rosemount have gone above and beyond to support my family & I at such a difficult time. They helped us to arrange a beautiful service for my Nan and kept us well informed throughout. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you all!

Excellent service from Helen, Ian and the staff. They catered to the family's wishes and even went beyond what was asked. Nothing was too much effort or trouble. A Great send off for my Dad. X
