I ordered dahlias at the Chelsea Flower Show in September 2021 to be delivered to my daughter in Spring 2022. She has never received the order. After at least six emails and telephone calls in which I stated that my daughter no:longer wanted the tubers due to the very long delay, I requested a refund. My last email reminder was sent A year has gone by and I still have not received the refund. Needless to say my daughter has ordered and received this Spring's order from elsewhere. Small Claims Court next?

Paid for Dhalia plants at Hampton court and still havent had them even though they told me to my face at last years show and receiving a phone call after complaining to RHS just before last Xmas . Please do not buy anything and read other reviews of similar expieriences

I ,like many others it seems, ordered gladioli bulbs ,( paid in full) from this company at RHS show Hampton Court Palace early last July . I was told delivery would be Autumn but have not received . Despite several me essages left on their answer machine and emails they have not responded at all . I have spoken to RHS show organisers who obviously accept no liability or responsibility for showcasing these suppliers . This will make me very wary about buying at future shows .

I spent over 100 on dahlias in 2021 and I STILL have outstanding plants and tubers that have never been delivered, despite having phoned and emailed on numerous occasions. Several of the varieties had been ordered for a wedding display in August 2022 but never arrived. Appalling customer service that doesn't even get a personalised apology, let alone delivery. Will they turn up this Spring? I'm still waiting...

I ordered several Dahlia plants back in 2021. I did phone to see where my order was and they said a few weren't the right size . I agreed to them substituting for an alternative red Dahlia. When they all arrived l was very pleased at the size and the health of the plants, and the care that went into packaging them so carefully. Because they were all such strong healthy plants, they all bloomed beautifully all summer long. Thank you for all of your hard work.
