Received my order with 2 items missing. I phoned their number on the invoice to report what is missing, then the call taker decides to not speak at the other end pretending there's problems with the telephone line. Tried numerous attempts to phone back after they disconnect my call and to now be told I need to email. I've never experienced such a poor and negative customer service and will NOT be recommending or purchasing from this company ever again!! Obviously treats phone call customers like dirt!!

Not the best customer service experience to be honest. Had to contact them about a faulty transducer for a dimplex optimist fire. Over a period of time we rang them three times and had to leave messages. Despite this nobody got back to us. We eventually got to speak to someone on the fourth and fifth occasions. The person that we spoke to said his name was James but claimed not to know how the company would deal with our request and said that we would have to email them. Perhaps this is a coincidence but the company is J C Electrics and the person with whom we spoke was James? Anyway. We also emailed them three times and eventually we did get a reply. All in all not good customer service.

Bought Elnur SH12A storage radiator in November 2017 under 5 year warranty for a holiday cottage bedroom. The radiator was last used over Christmas and worked fine then. We have since been closed (when we only keep downstairs radiators on). We turned the radiator on a few days ago for our first guest, but it didn't work. JCElectrics gave us Elnur's 'phone number and they sent me a checklist (to check resistance at various places in the heater) but despite emailing this to Elnur the same day (and emailing them every day since) have had no reply. Tried to contact JCElectrics several times today, since it is with them I placed the order and with whom I have a contract, but it seems that (contrary to their details here) they do not work on a Friday!
