Riverside P V C Products

Fitted windows in our home. We had water coming in and didn't realise for sometime that it was caused through poor installation of the windows and never thought it was the new winodws riverside had fitted. Riverside came out 1st time to try fix the problem, alot of silicone was used, its continued to leak, they came out a 2nd time to fit lead trays, where the window wasn't even taken out to fit these led trays, they continued to leak. 3rd time they used more of the old silicone, they still continued to leak. Not once was this window taken out in the 3 times they came out. The window needed replacing but they wouldn't do that and ignored all my calls etc. I had another window firm out as I was still getting water in. They changed the old window and said that the window Terrys firm had fitted was leaning back and not packed up so water could run out the front and instead run back into my house. This problem caused so much damage and alot of our own money to rectify the problem as you can imagine as it had been leaking for some time. We have had no issue since getting a new window and no water comes in now. Stay well away of these cowboys. They went into liquidation but seem to be trading again. Terry continues to ignore the issue caused by poor installation on his side. When all he needed to do was take the window out and fit it correctly but they had botched about with it so much in the end that they even silicone the glass to the frame.

Would not use again, never finished the job although they were paid in full in cash, much better window suppliers and fitters out there, very disappointed but it's a lesson learnt.

I have nothing but praise for Terry, Neil and the team at Riverside PVC products. From the earliest conversation to after-sale chats, the service has been second to none. They replaced our old, small, too-hot/too-cold conservatory with a 'summer room' with modern materials which means we can enjoy it throughout the year. Everyone who has seen our new conservatory has been very complimentary - it has totally opened up the downstairs and the bi-fold doors have blurred the boundary between the garden and indoors. Very reasonably priced and very good workmanship from all involved. No hesitation in recommending.
