Ordered several doors and a custom made stained glass door. Helen kept us updated throughout. Beautiful doors, fabulous quality. We intended to paint the doors, but they are so stunning we decided to just put a simple varnish. When the stained glass door was ready, unfortunately, the delivery company were short staffed and kept changing the date. No fault of Gelata, in the slightest. Helen kept on top of the situation and gave me updates each day. Even on her day off, she had organised for Richard to chase up, and he actually phoned me. Customer service at Gelata is second to none. This coupled with the excellent quality of their doors, makes it a company impossible to beat.

Amazing company, it was a pleasure dealing with Helen and Richard. They even put me in touch with a quality carpenter Rhys who fitted the doors. The doors are very high quality and have transformed the House. Highly recommend. A+
