I've always been happy with the treatment received, and everything is always explained in detail before treatment is carried out. I became an NHS patient as I read a lot of good reviews, and honestly happy I did.
They certainly live up to their slogan "Love your smile" - that's the feeling I get, when I leave after a routine check-up/ treatment.

Came in with an emergency appointment and a broken tooth. Paid a premium for the appointment
as a private patient. I was then told that I needed to pay for 2 x-rays and also that they were unwilling to do anything to my broken tooth unless I made another appointment at a later date. I left without paying for the x-rays and i wont come back.
My impression was they were only interested in the money and they did not care at all that i was in discomfort. I would not return here and I went to another dentist who was happy to cover my broken tooth with a temporary repair until I decided which long term solution to have.
Money orientated and no professional care is my opinion.

Always been here since I was a baby but the minute my dentist retired when I was 16 I have had a filling every appointment since. As I am an NHS patient each time i would have an appointment i would be told i would need an x-ray.... as I am under 25 I have free check ups but this wasnt the case with 22 Dental as if I had an X-ray I would have to pay the 15. So of course, I would have an x-ray every time! Also, since the new dentist I have had a filling every appointment too. I'm sure everyone is aware that you can have 3 fillings for the price of 1... well.. I would get told I needed one filling..and would keep a close eye on another tooth. Well of course, this happend every 6 months. I am now at a different dentist... I HAVNT have ANY x-rays... I HAVNT had ANY fillings... and I have been told I dont have come back until a years time because my teeth are so good!! Most importantly... I did have to have 1 filling replaced in my new dentist because I was told my original filling wasnt out in correctly and was leaking.. MY NEW DENSIT REPLACED MY FILLING FOR FREE!!! FREE!! I'm so glad I've left!!
