DON'T GO FOR THIS DELIVERY SERVICE. JUST A BAD SERVICE. I was waiting for the delivery of an important certificate and for 3 days they will message me that parcel out for delivery and I waited without going for work or anywhere and after sometimes they show they were unable to attempt delivery were the fact is nobody even attempted. I even called the customer service and requested them to call me next time when they are trying to deliver and again the same thing happened. I'm still waiting for the parcel

ONLY GIVEN ONE STAR HAS HAD TO DO THIS TO LEAVE REVIEW. Just got off the phone as waited in all day for a parcel which should have been delivered between 11.19 and 13.19. I was told that they had attempted delivery even though I had been hovering at the window all that time and beyond. Think it was the invisible man, with my invisible parcel driving an invisible van. I advised them that the MAP was showing the van near me as I was tracking it but the van and the map suddenly disappeared but my parcel was still showing out for delivery. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU REQUIRE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
