Royal Mail Group - Bridgend

Terrible service had a parcel delivered we weren't here but next door neighbor offered to take parcel but driver refused so I left note on door for the next day saying please leave parcel through side gate and I signed the letter again they refused to leave parcel saying I have to go to depot so I now have to take a day off and lose 159 pound to pick up a parcel costing 85pound terrible service would never recommend or use again

I have received deliveries on two consecutive days. The first parcel was left outside my front door from 9.30 to 4pm without my knowledge, lucky it wasn't stolen! My second parcel was lobbed through my letterbox, it was something that contained glass! Thank goodness it wasn't damaged! This service is just not good enough. I am very disappointed with the service

Really disgusted with these at the moment , Have been opening my mail and reading it then returning letters after a 3 month period , when they had no reason to open as an, 'if not delivered address is always writen clearly on the back'...and postage paid via the check weight for correct postage cost service. They have stolen mail from bridgend post offices and deliberatly taken my identity documents .. They ignore complaints that the postman is opening mail and delivering it open, reading private legal documents. Absolutely disgusting
