Found this caf/coffee business by accident while visiting Brynmenyn industrial estate, glad I did! Great welcome, stunning smell of roasting coffee beans from their business at the bag of the unit and lovely freshly made food. Cant recommend it enough, tuna baguette and coffee were brilliant. All done with a warm personality by a local family run business! Bought some freshly roasted coffee beans to take home too, will be back..

5 stars certainly for value and the espresso itself! The fact it's roasted almost in the cafe really adds to the authentic experience. Even though I think there was a mix up with our order (I ordered a decaf latte and my partner a decaf oat flat white but I think I got an oat latte and my partner a dairy flat white ), the coffee flavour itself was noticeably excellent, so much depth and not a hint of bitter, the strength was really good and the milk hadn't been scalded. The texture wasn't the best I've had but I think that was down to the oat milk. All in all though, for what it is, well worth a visit! We want to come back to have some food next time as again the menu looked such good value, and we could see it all being made freshly behind the counter, so I imagine its really good. Open until 10pm as well?! Unusual but very helpful as most other places had shut by 4pm when we wanted a coffee.

I had a lovely Welsh Gold Latte while talking with the owners about the different varieties of beans that they source and roast. I love how close they are to the producers and how passionately knowledgeable they are about the delicious raw materials they work with. The changes that we are seeing in the climate are already influencing the balance and composition of the growing beans, in terms of #arabica & #robusta and final flavours. #Durston #WelshGold #coffe confirm itself one of my favourite. I got a big bag of it ground for my Italian moka at home and will definitely subscribe to their upcoming web shop subscription. My reader, Proudly support our artisans - thank you
