        Absolutely superb customer service! From the first phone call to collecting our fully repaired LaPavoni the team at Cortile were excellent. Richard and Sarah obviously care about their customers, and of course coffee, its a pleasure to spend time in their company. Our LaPavoni is 20yrs old and looking and working like new! Thanks both hope to see you again soon T&H PS the coffee is excellent!

        Rich was very helpful and friendly. I called at around 6pm to ask about machine repairs, and he was with us by about 8pm and had the machine repaired by 9:30pm. Highly recommended!
