        5 star service used them for a return trip to Cardiff. Best service about. Definitely use them again.

        Ordered a 6 seater for 2:30pm. The bus didnt arrive until 3:10pm which made us lose our table booking in Cardiff. There was no correspondence while we waited. Rung the main office at 2:20pm and was told the driver had left. We rung back at 2:50pm but the call kept getting declined or put on busy. When picking us up from Cardiff later on in the night the driver was rude. His seatbelt indicator kept beeping as he werent wearing his seatbelt, which we told him and he completely ignored us and kept his seatbelt off. The over all experience with Thomas Travel was dreadful. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

        i traveled with Thomas Travel in there minibuses i cant wait to book day trips with them in there Executive Coaches Quality Buses , Quality Service and Friendly Staff with Professional Drivers
