I have to say that I had a very poor experience at your offices today, whilest dropping my child to a sibling support group for children with disabled brothers/sisters, which is in the same building. I was unable to park in the disabled spaces due to your non disabled staff parking in both spaces. I then parked my car in one of the three empty spaces outside the shared building. I was not blocking anyone and there were still free places however your staff felt the need to make me walk my disabled son and two year old daughter back downstairs and out of the building and move my car to the opposite car parking space, which 5 minutes earlier was occupied. In doing this I was unable to be there when other son was finished his group. Leaving him wondering where I was. This was entirely unacceptable and for the sake of less than 10minutes I think your attitude to the general public is appalling, considering you share a building with a charity for children and disabilities. I look forward to an apology and a change in attitude to disabled parking.
