Take actions and make decisions way above their pay grade. Caused nothing but heartache and misery. These people do not act in the interest of children . Disgraceful. Avoid.

Mr Gareth Dredge C/O 61 Mill Road Springfield Pontllanfraith Blackwood Gwent Np122lu. To Whom It May Concern, I am hoping this letter is red by one of the top Bosses, who work for Gofal not for my reconnection, but for the reconnection for all the members of staff who work hard for Gofal Itself. In their dedication for pitting our lives service users in giving us hope to carry on living, in rehousing us from bad neighbours, in addiction giving us courses to learn new things & exceed ourselves as I have done myself & I am continuing to do so. Please dont think I am undermining or spying on the Gofal staff that are helping me as that is not the case or my intention al all. I only have admiration for everyone who dedicates their lives in helping people like me as I can be hard work just as my parents. I am just so excited to what Julie Reece, the boss of Pathways, Lisa my Pathways worker & Jena Pinfold my housing Officer are doing for me I am afraid I cannot keep it to myself. & believe you me the work moon stop. The last message I sent to Jena was I wanted to sleep but never wake up; Lisa then phoned me up & said they are giving me a voluntary job & finding me another flat away from the Psychopath who lives below me as I treat them like sisters. Gofal to me are not just workers they are my family, I can tell them things I cannot tell my parents because they dont understand mental health. I dont have any friends only the people I meet on Tuesday who are service users like myself for Gofal. I was once an Alcoholic drunk all day so people couldnt talk to me & I was an embossment to be with so I stopped going out to the pubs & became an Alcoholic in my flat until is started vomiting up blood & collapsing to the floor until I couldnt stop shaking. I know I will get in trouble for writing this letter and saying this but if it wasnt for Gofal I wouldnt be writing this letter as I suffer with deep depression, I am a self harmer & have tried to commit suicide so many times I have lost count. Why am I writing this letter? I want you to know that Gofal works for people & the courses we go on works as I am now a first aider. I have a Certificate & I have also done a stress building course & I am so proud of what Gofal has done for me. I once bought a tent took all my medication & my intention was to put the ten up, take all the medication I had until my body would be found. However I couldnt put the tent up so I threw bit back in the car & went back home & my mother told the Police but she didnt know what mountain I went up. She knew something was wrong as I kissed her goodbye, left the house & drove off in the car & had no intention of returning home. I then drove a car into a lamppost & in front of an oncoming car & we ended up in hospital having whiplash but the Police after seeing my car said I should have died Before I heard of Gofal I was caught standing on witnessed by passengers on the platform & two angry train drivers who couldnt believe what they witnessed. The angry train driver said you stupid bloody fool you could have got yourself killed standing on the line & I answered yes I know & walked off. I was then caught trying to jump off Blackwood Bridge by a man walking his dog. My GP referred me to Gofal to help me they have changed my life around & I am still going on new courses to learn more. I am now happy as I am going to receive a new flat, & be working for Gofal as i want a job talking to people like myself to show then if Gofal can change my life around they can do it to them. I was offered to go on a course with the Samaritans in Newport after telling them about myself, but my heart is with Gofal & there is still a lot I need to learn I have had so much stress I have trouble swallowing & sometimes breathing having a tight oesophagus which they can do nothing about so I have to live with it. Gofall works & i am the proof Gofal does &work & help people, & i wont have anyone run it down, Gareth Dredge,
