Fantastic service experience. I had a rare problem with my new Kia, and when I told the dealership, they asked me to bring the car in straight away, found me a courtesy car, and set to work rectifying everything. I found the lady on the service desk very helpful and professional. I cannot recommend this dealership enough!

We have used Kia Bridgend for years and own two cars from their dealership. All their team are fantastic, friendly and helpful with every aspect of customer care. We have had quite large faults with our cars, which Kia have resolved in rapid time and to the highest of standards I could ever ask for. Faults are not related to Kia Bridgend themselves. I have recommend this garage to all my family & my eldest Nephew now owns a car from their garage. My parents will look to do the same when the time comes. Having a reliable mechanic, garage, and team are very hard to come by. Not only will you be well looked after but Kia Bridgend will always do all they can to ensure costs are kept low, but offer the best advice regarding purchasing of a vehicle or the best care plan for your circumstances. In this current climate, it provides me with piece of mind that I can just take any of my cars ro them and the problems will be resolved and it takes away unnecessary stress.
