        Amazing customer service from the Bridgend branch! My builder only gave me a few days notice of his arrival and TP Bridgend sourced my porcelain patio slabs and delivered them with time to spare. My second visit for some additional items was just as good - very helpful and knowledgeable staff who cant do enough to help you! Keep it up guys you are doing a great job!

        Been dealing with these for a few years now and I feel my service is terrible. The staff in the sales office try their best but the lads in the yard are terrible. I used to work in a builders yard so I know what levels of service I would be giving Shape up or I'll take my business elsewhere.
