        Disappointed with my visit today. I was served by a woman who started off friendly, making odd conversations upon payment however I was there on behalf of my mum so I didnt have her card on me but had her trade number. I was told to ring up in advance quite abrupt and her whole attitude changed then. I didnt minded at first but the customer service needs to be worked on for future visits x
