Ive had my Q3 serviced regularly for the last 5 or so years by Bridgend Audi, plus other maintenance items. On my last service my experience wasnt that favourable (Feb 2023), was greeted by a receptionist who was more concerned about lipstick and checking herself in a compact mirror than ensuring customers were comfortable. It was 25 minutes before I was asked if Id like a drink, this was while the service rep was walking over to me with my keys. Upon getting in my car, I find dirt on the passenger footwell, not how I left it. I was advised it was from the pollen filter and was given options for a vacuum right there or come back for a valet. Option 1 wasnt suitable as I was heading to work and I didnt want to go back to Audi just for a vacuum of the carpet. However when driving away I noticed a squeaking sound. I addressed this with Audi and was advised it could be a motor, it was checked by Bridgend and it was confirmed a motor was likely he cause but they had stopped it for now. If it came back to call them and they would order the part. So the squeak come back, I called (April 2023), to be told that it was one of two items, due to me not knowing the name of the item I was advised of, Id have to pay for a diagnostic for a squeak that Bridgend Audi told me about in less than 5 minutes when I returned my car after the initial service in Feb. 5 years of going back to Bridgend Audi and in 2023 I get this service. Disheartened and dumbstruck by the lack of any customer support or service.

My 2 hr wait turned out to be 3 1/2 hrs. Staff were very pleasant and coffee was plentiful. Except for the wait would have been 5 stars.
