Our shitzu Alfie was ill recently and had to be admitted for a few days.he needed to have an x ray a scan and an exploratory operation hes since been diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease..he was well looked after during his stay and we were kept updated regularly with how he was doing so thankyou so much to the staff at shepherds for looking after our gorgeous boy alfie

Shepards was bloody amazing with my little Ernie. He is a chihuahua who swallowed a cocktail stick. I was in such a panic and they handled it so well and got him seen to asap. They had to keep him for a couple of days and had images and texts to update me on how he is progressing. My experience was very positive as they showed they really cared for my little one. Big shout to Sadie who was amazing with me and my partner and reassured us he will be ok! He still has a long way to go for recovery but very greatful how Shepards handled the situation
