My sister booked this for her daughters birthday party. Everything was going well aside from someone coming into the kitchen looking disgruntled as he wanted his cup of tea after church. Now as a 7 year olds party having strangers walking around is not something any parent would be comfortable with so he was told he better go and ask before just coming in. About 10mins later the children were all sat down for their food. The fire alarm went off, it seemed like it was a fault in zone 4, Ian the caretaker was doing a great job trying to get the reset code. The break glasses were all checked by the childrens entertainer, non-were broken - the kids were all sat down eating still. The man that was disgruntled then started checking and all of a sudden Zone 1 started going off and the glass was broken on the alarm. Suspect? I think so?! The manager came to the hall and was extremely rude and told my sister she'd booked the wrong time (in front of the kids) my sister said it wasn't appropriate in front of children. So they went to the office, the manager tried to present a photocopied piece of paper as evidence it was the wrong time which my sister had not signed. They were rude and dismissive of the fact that one of the church members had deliberately sabataged the party. This is not the sort of behaviour or morals that you would expect from people of the church. I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, NOT GOOD MANAGEMENT AND SELF-RIGHTEOUS CHURCH GOERS WITH NO CONSIDERATION FOR OTHERS!
