I never place reviews but I wanted to thank Michael for helping me sort, what must be one of the tiniest orders they've ever had. I'm the customer everyone dreads, didn't have a clue but I've just presentedmy daughter and son in law with a vinyl of him singing the song from their first dance at their wedding, wouldn't have happened without you. Worked with Michael and Lauren of Bladud Flies! for my first ever lathe cut run for a re-release of my debut album from ten years ago. It turned out to be a satisfying experience and I am so very happy with the final product. From the mastering aspect to packaging to engraving, they paid detailed attention to everything and pointed out possible problems ahead and solutions to proceed. They also provided/suggested alternatives if you wanted something more 'premium' (deluxe/higher quality printed sleeve and things like that). They were friendly, respectful and utterly professional throughout. I can not recommend this place enough. If you do ever have any thoughts of releasing something on lathe cut, please do consider this place. I am not sure if I'll do a lathe cut again but if I do, it'll be Bladud Flies! again without any hesitation. Highly recommended.

Plenty of other services out there. Took full money up front, then announced a delay, so I waited till the day I was told it was going to be started, asked what was happening. Started getting my own emails quoted back at me, that it's my fault, yet all I'm doing is waiting, and I'm ready, a red flag. Taking all money up front, if you're too busy isn't the way to do business with anyone, and quoting back emails to people trying to blame others instead of admitting that you can't take on the work, you should just walk away and never go there again. I'm only going to work with companies pulling in the same direction, with the right positive outlook. No one gets a negative review for no reason, and positive ones are genuine. This is to stop everyone else from wasting time and effort.
