Cathy is such an amazing trainer! She is full of encouragement and knowledge. I have been training for a few months with her and have hit my goal of lifting my own body weight and on a new target now of pull ups You dont just get the training but the nutritional help too which is what I always struggled with until now ! I would highly recommend all women health and fitness to anyone

I have been working with Cathy, one on one for 6 weeks. Having back problems I never thought I would be lifting the weights I am now! Cathy has managed to tailor my sessions to best accommodate my bad back with plenty of deep stretching and keeping a careful eye on what works for me. My back is definitely feeling better for the work we have put in and I feel my posture improving. Cathy is very professional and easy to get along with, helping me with nutritional advice and motivation to reach my goals. I have a long journey ahead of me to get to where I want to be. If the improvement made in the last 6 weeks is anything to go by I am very excited to see what we can achieve in the next 6!
