Ordered a belt buckle in early January expecting a swift arrival, over a month goes past and they refused to respond to E-mails, and give no update. Took 2 phone calls to even get the order shipped, product is good but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Not recommended. Should of went to Jayjays instead as recommended by someone else. Work is shabby and rushed. Took ages too. Okay for campers etc but not services.

Placed an order through the website for an item showing as in stock at 10pm on a Sunday night. Four days later I called them as I'd had no response and was told "someone must have bought it in the shop after you placed your order". At 10pm on a Sunday night? Promised me it would be delivered in 2-3 days. Six days later I called again to be told it had definitely, certainly been posted so I asked for a tracking number. "I'll errrrrrr, call you back with it". No such call came. Five days later I called again and was told "the refund takes 2-3 days". No it doesn't, they can do it immediately and five days later I STILL don't have either the item (that "was definitely posted"), the tracking number or a refund. If you're a seller: 1) Don't lie about what's in stock. 2) Don't lie about mysterious shoppers outside business hours. 3) Don't lie about goods being in the post (twice). 4) Don't lie about processing a refund when you haven't. DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PLACE.

Not Recommended, Poor Service. I sent my bergen to Dixies for extensive modifications having been recommended to me. I spoke to the guy who runs/owns Dixies Corner and explained this is time sensitive. He said they were quite busy but "two to three weeks tops" which was within my time frame, so I sent it off on next day delivery. Their Terms and Conditions state: Not more than 30 days but 5 weeks later, and still not received it back. I've been assured three times that it'll definitely be there by 'X' day or, "it's been sent!" but repeatedly let down with excuses. Asked for a refund and an unaltered bag to be returned only to be told "I've just sent it, you'll get it tomorrow" I'm not holding my breath. Spoken to JayJays who have said they can get a bag modified and back in two weeks or less. I was going to get them to do this but due to the fact it's dragged on so long, I don't have the time to mess around so will have to buy a pre modded bag. I'll be pursuing a refund via my credit card company. Save yourself hassle and just go to JayJays in the first instance. Not a happy customer. Edit: The Bergen I sent to Dixies has finally arrived. To be fair, the work is good. Just a shame the customer service isn't.....still forgot to put in some of the other odds and sods I ordered though
